floor plan sketch service to add to your marketing tool box. This detailed floor plan of your listed
property gives potential customers a clear view of property attributes, whether as a reminder of
property details after an open house, or an enticement to view the property on your website, in your
monthly mailings, or in the property’s for sale sign box.
Your sketch will include perimeter dimensions measured with a state of the art Disto laser
measuring tool that gives extremely accurate results. The dimensions are then used to create your
personal floor plan, using professional appraisal sketch software. The sketch includes a general
outline of the floor plan with interior walls, doorways, major appliances, toilets and sinks, fireplace
locations and patio/deck/pool areas indicated. It can be further tailored to your needs with phrases
or descriptions as required. You can print the sketch on the back or blank side of the main home
offering flyer, or include it as a separate sheet in your marketing materials. The finished sketch is
delivered via email or on a CD and is ready to print or upload to a website for online viewing by
potential clients.
Prices start from $95 and are on a sliding scale depending on the size and complexity of the floor
plan. Turn around time is one to two days after the floor plan is measured. Please call if you have
