Bay Area for over 20 years. He is a State of California Certified
Real Estate Appraiser (license #AR032354) with extensive
appraisal industry experience, education and training. He is an
active member of and participant in local and national real estate
appraiser’s associations and communities such as the Real
Estate Appraisers Association (REAA), Organization of Real
Estate Professionals (OREP), Build It Green Real Estate Council
and the National Real Estate Appraisers Forum.

Appraisal in Marin County in the fall of 2006. Holgate Appraisal strives to exceed industry
